We are happy to work with your architect-produced plans and specifications, but are also able to work directly with you on designing your new home. Dave has designed homes in-house from the ground up and in other cases has simply ‘tweaked’ plans that are brought to us by clients who have “found something close, but it’s not QUITE right;” typically a cost-effective approach.
We have relationships with various local architects, home designers and CAD drawing professionals. If your needs would be better served by one of our partners, we can bring in the most appropriate professional to help with the design of your home.
